Please note the following policies: All clients are required to wear masks. If you are feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule. No extra guests are allowed. Cancellation notice must be given 24 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in full payment for the service. Day-of cancellations will incur a 50% charge. Remaining balances can be paid in cash (exact change) or by card, with a $3.50 processing fee applied. Cash App is not accepted. Same-day appointments will incur a $15 fee, which can be avoided by booking through the app. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; thereafter, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged or rescheduled. Deposits will be automatically drafted the Friday before rescheduled services. All purchases are FINAL, and NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances .
