Please contact me to reschedule ( You will not be seen if you are sick ) please wear your mask — no extra guests allowed. 📅 Cancellations & No-Shows A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Day-of cancellations will result in you being charged 50% of the service total! Please communicate! No-shows will result in a full charge. 💳 Payment Info Remaining balances MUST be paid in CASH (exact change) or card (includes a $3.50 processing fee) Cash App is not accepted. 📆 Same-Day Appointments A $15.50 fee applies to all same-day squeeze in bookings. Avoid this fee by booking through the app in advance! ⏰ Late Arrivals A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and applicable fees will apply. A grace period is offered for all appointments. A $5 late fee will be added if I have availability to work you in. You are allowed one (1) rescheduled appointment per booking. 💰 Deposits & Reschedules Deposits will be automatically drafted the Friday before your rescheduled appointment . If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please do so before the deposit is drafted. Once the deposit has been taken, it is non-refundable.
